About CCLM

Compelled by Christ’s Love Ministries became a Texas Non-profit Corporation in May of 2003. It was incorporated to allow the development of the missions ministry of Ray Castile. After twenty-seven years of pastoral ministry, ten years of which were as an associate minister in two churches, and almost seventeen years as senior pastor in a single church, God has now released him to do missions ministry in Mexico, a calling that goes back over 40 years.

Most of CCLM’s ministry’s current efforts are focused on two projects in the central Mexican city of San Luis Potosi. In December of 2002 during a missions trip led by Ray and his wife Maria, a new body of believers was begun in Las Flores neighborhood of the city with open-services on a plot of land that was donated by a believer in the city for the purpose of building a church there. CCLM is raising funds for the initial construction phase of the church on that site.

Also during that missions trip, an outreach to the people who live in and around and work in the Peñasco trash dump on the edge of San Luis Potosi. At the heart of the outreach is a feeding program. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, teams from Mt. Sinai church in central San Luis prepare the food and serve a delicious and nutritious meal to from 50 to 100 people. The love of Jesus demonstrated in this tangible way is breaking down generation-long barriers brought by rejection and sin. CCLM has committed to $250 each month to buy food for the project.

CCLM depends on the generosity of its friends who want to partner with them as they touch people in Jesus’ name.

Ray Castile welcomes invitations to share the ministry of CCLM in churches and civic groups. He may be contacted by e-mail at ray@compelled.org, by telephone at 469-443-9716 or at P. O. Box 2442, Rockwall, TX 75087.
