Tim leads Compelled. He is also an itinerant speaker with Forge (formerly Kingdom Building Ministries), and can be booked for speaking engagements. Tim is married to his best friend Erin, and they have four incredible children. Besides being a husband and father, he is the Lead Pastor of Church of the Valley.

Marc Rauser

DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION @ MORGAN HILL BIBLE CHURCH

An original “beach bum,” Marc was born in Santa Cruz and grew up in Cupertino. Together with his wife, Holly, Marc has five beautiful children - Dustin, Catherine, Monica, Melody, and Grace. Marc loves watching God work in peoples’ lives and enjoys creating environments where people connect with God, others, and the community at MHBC.

Dave Carlsen

LEAD PASTOR @ NEIGHBORHOOD BIBLE CHURCH

Dave was part of the original launch team for Neighborhood Bible Church in 2006 and is now the lead pastor. His passion is mentoring and releasing a new generation of fired-up leaders. He and his wife, Becky, have seven kids: Curren, Ethan, Brylie, Teagan, Cassie, Kaia, and Eli.


Gabe Gilliam

TEACHING PASTOR @ SARATOGA FEDERATED CHURCH

Gabe joined the SFC staff as the Teaching Pastor in early 2012. He has a passion for God's Word and its creative application to our daily lives. Gabe married his college sweetheart, Casey, in 2003, and together they have a daughter named Halle and a son named Bennett.

Tom Greene

ELDER @ TRINITY CHURCH OF SUNNYVALE

Tom, a Connecticut native, has lived with his wife of 25 years, Lori, in the Bay Area since 1990. He served 10 years in BSF leadership followed by the last 12 years as an Elder at Trinity Church of Sunnyvale. During the last decade, Tom has actively been involved in the relocation of Trinity Church within Sunnyvale and launch of the 30,000 sq. ft. Gateway Neighborhood Center at Trinity Church.
